RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from The Mykonos Edit. If for any reason you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging, where applicable.

Proof of purchase may also be required.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at kamaakamaamykonos@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions and the address to which your return should be sent.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning an item due to a change of mind, size preference, or other personal reason.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Where applicable, The Mykonos Edit will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at kamaakamaamykonos@gmail.com, providing your order number and photographs of the item where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or made-to-order products and gift cards.

Any exclusions under this policy do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will advise you on the available options.

Alternatively, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable consumer law.

Please note that your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
